		November 24, 2005  An AgileStudio sample is now available for the PetShop benchmark application. The PetShop benchmark is built using AgileStudio and only 206 lines of domain specific code. This compares with 2096 lines of domain specific code for the .NET implementation. Amazingly it was possible to include a range of additional functionality including data driven menus and administration pages and still only require a total of 206 lines of manual coding. 		September 15, 2005   Loading the DataStore Manager as part of an ASP.NET Application A knowledge base article is now available outlining how to load the DataStore Manager directly into your ASP.NET application It may not be practical to install the DataStore Manager on a database server. This situation can occur when deploying an application to a data centre operated by a hosting company. It might also arise in a company where the IT department has restricted deployments on the production server. 		11 July 2005    White Paper Released - Using AgileStudio to build the .NET Pet Shop with 90% less manual coding. This White Paper takes the Microsoft implementation of Sun's primary J2EE blueprint application , the Sun Java Pet Store and implements the same functionality using the AgileStudio addin for Visual Studio.NET. Additional functionality has been added to the application in particular data driven menus, administration screens, enhanced validation and calculations, to demonstrate the programming efficiency gained using AgileStudio. Even with all this additional functionality, the total lines of manual code required to produce the AgileStudio Pet Shop benchmark has been reduced by 90% to a remarkable 206 lines across all tiers.
